What you actually get

Six things that stop costing you money on day one.

Every one of these exists because something went wrong on a real job first.

Slots, not phone tag

Your own link with real availability, your service menu, drive time between jobs, and a buffer so you are never double booked.

No shows get expensive

Twenty five percent holds a short job, capped at fifty dollars. All day work like coatings and corrections takes a flat one fifty. Customers move it themselves up to 24 hours out.

Before and after

Photos on every job

Shoot the damage before you touch it and the result when you finish. Stamped, stored on the vehicle, and sent with the invoice.

Live arrival

The customer sees you coming

Check in en route and the customer gets a map and an ETA off your GPS. No more 'are we still on' texts at 6:52 AM.

Memberships

Money that shows up monthly

Turn one time customers into a recurring plan that bills their card and books itself.

AI photo quoting

A quote back in about a minute, off your own menu.

The customer sends photos of the car. The software reads the condition, prices the work off your price list for that vehicle size, and sends a quote back in about a minute. You approve it before it goes out, and you can change any line first. It never becomes a final price on its own: your before photos at check in are still where the ticket is settled.

  • Reads pet hair, stains and paint swirls from the photos.
  • Says nothing about paint when the lighting cannot support it.
  • Not on Starter. 15 a month on Pro, 60 on Complete, unlimited on Shop.
  • Past the cap the request still arrives, you just price it by hand.

Deposits

Stop losing Saturdays to no shows.

A slot is only held once the card is charged. Out of the box it is 25% of the ticket capped at $50, and a flat $150 once a job runs four hours or more. Change it to any percentage, any cap, or one flat amount that holds any slot. Set it to zero if you would rather not take one at all.

  • Never more than half the ticket, whatever you set.
  • Money lands in your own Stripe account, not ours.
  • Refunds follow your own cancellation window.
  • Included on Pro and up. Starter takes card payment, not deposits.

Your crew gets its own screen, and you get the money side.

Technician view

One screen per tech: today's jobs, check in, photos, close out. Nothing else on the account is reachable.

Payout splits

Set the share each technician keeps per finished job, take deductions for supplies or redos, and settle the period.

Money to your bank

Card payments land in your own Stripe account on every plan, not in ours. Booking deposits, percentage or flat, start on Pro.
